This course introduces the core principles of Church Economics as a framework for 21st-century local church ministry. Moving beyond incremental improvements or efficiency models, students will engage the concept of Disruptive Innovation as it applies to ecclesial leadership. The course examines how churches can align their spiritual, social, and financial mission to meet emerging cultural and economic realities. Students will develop a conceptual understanding of how traditional funding models are becoming unsustainable, and consider the kind of adaptive, entrepreneurial leadership required to guide congregations into a sustainable and missionally vibrant future. |
