This course introduces the core components of the Cultural Intelligence (CQ) framework, a research-based approach to becoming more effective in working with diverse teams and communities. Beginning with exploring the need for CQ in ministry today and the biblical foundations for using CQ, the course will explore the four CQ capabilities and 10 cultural values. Students will also take the CQ assessment to help better understand themselves as leaders, and plan for ways to apply CQ in their ministry.
