Ministry leaders have long relied on intuition and self-diagnosis to navigate cultural tension. This course introduces a more informed and intentional approach through the globally recognized Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) framework.
Students will explore the theological, sociological, and organizational dynamics that shape cross-cultural engagement in Christian ministry. Using a shared language and research-based framework, participants will gain clarity around cultural differences, assess leadership strengths and growth areas, and better understand how culture impacts mission, relationships, and organizational effectiveness in diverse contexts.
